The purpose of this organization shall be to stimulate sportsmanship and promote golf standards through social and sports activities throughout the Erie area.

All eighteen years or older amateur women golfers who have a current handicap index of 25.1 or less and are members in good standing of Culbertson, Downing, Erie, Kahkwa Club, Lake View, Lake Shore, Lawrence Park, J.C Martin, The Country Club at Meadville, and Elk Valley Golf clubs shall be eligible for membership, if approved by the Executive Board.
